Bush-Craft Basics

Do you want to build the basic skills and knowledge to help you stay safe and go exploring on your own ? Well this basic skills course could be just for you, we will teach you how to light and maintain a fire even in damp and cold conditions, how to build a natural and man-made shelter, using basic tools such as a knife, hatched and a hand and bow saw and cooking on an open fire. Lunch and hot drinks will be available during the session and all of these skills will be taught in a private woodland setting. Minimum age for this is 12 years old. The session will be a full day outdoors so be prepared for the weather no matter what. All of the equipment for the session will be provided by us. A minimum of 5 people are needed foe the session to run.
